The item I received was NOT new, as advertised. There was also no official merchandising label/sticker on the box. Additionally, the box had already been opened, and pieces had fallen out. The sides of the box had tape that indicated the box was open before. Some pieces had fallen out. The writing on the box is not in English anywhere. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund, but this was VERY disappointing. The marketing makes it look like this is a U.S. seller, but I have doubts about that.
