Had issues with a postage surcharge but had great communication with the seller and no issues with getting a refund of the additional postage fees that I had to pay to get the item. Royal Mail said that the issue was with the seller not attaching all the labels needed to verify the postage paid for sending the item ( perhaps put on a different parcel by mistake ).
