Shipping was fast and well packaged. Unfortunately the amplifier had a bad channel. After some back and fourth the seller accepted the return, but after receiving the return didn't want to issue the refund. Thankfully Ebay intravend and issued the refund. In the end it worked out but disappointed with the seller.
