The blu ray I ordered is for my father so it is important to me. I got a message from the seller saying that one of the discs had become loose inside the case (anyone who owns a cd, dvd, blu ray knows this happens a lot) and showed me a picture of the sealed case. Instead of just shipping they reached out with options from send as is, open and reattach or a full refund. I went with reattach. It arrived in fine condition, packaged well, and sooner then expected. Glad I chose this seller.
