Box arrived in deplorable condition. It looked like it had been drop kicked! One glass was broken at the stem so I did not receive the amount expected. The glasses were not wine glasses but goblets - not 7.5" tall but 8.5" tall and do not match what I was looking for and there are no refunds. I have photos of the damage and box and apparently cannot add these here. If I can include the photos, you would understand my rating. I do NOT recommend buying from this buyer at all. This is the worst

If you had reached out to me I would have been more than happy to make this right for you!!! I have no control over the drop kicking of your box since I do not work for USPS but as you clearly saw every glass was bubbled wrapped, air padding bubbles and foam peanuts in the shipping box. I assure you the box was dropped off in perfect conditon, The description says, "Set of 2 Lenox Crystal Rhythm Gold Rim Water/Wine Goblet," so yes as described you received Goblets.
