Seller doesnt take well lit pictures, nor pictures of all the sides of the item. They listed this in "Excellent condition" but the frame and palmrest are cracked and this specific spot was left out of the pictures in the listing. They have left us in a bind and now have to replace it ourselves when we paid the price of an Excellent condition unit. If there are not pictures of the entire item, beware that you too may end up with an item in the condition you did not expect.

I'm pleased with this seller and the product. The seller didn't list all the Rugged laptop features, but was able to answer my questions & send pics about the many unique laptop ports, etc in a reasonable time frame. Seller also sent laptop with adequate packaging protections, (all the way to Hawaii, 2-day air) for no extra charges, although I offered to pay more. Laptop was in almost perfect shape, only a bit of inconsequential hinge damage. Close to perfect product, packaging, price & service!
