    If Disney Ran Your Hospital

    The book was totally amazing. So many of the ideas the author had would definitely improve the hospital system. I have passed the book on to our Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and our Clinical Nurse Specialist. The author had many ideas to not only improve patient satisfaction, but how to improve staff morale. I would definitely recommend this book to all hospital personnel.
