The item, while used, was not as described. It is damaged. The item was not packaged thoughtfully, for shipping. The box was banged up. Nowhere was it marked FRAGILE. I was aware that three ornaments were missing. The upside is that my husband is a carpenter. Hopefully he can repair and restore the case. I don’t want compensation. But I’d appreciate better transparency from this vendor in the future. I left a neutral review.
