Not at all user friendly and very hard to setup and control tension.
I have used different beading loom over many years, actually learned to loom bead on a Native American made wooden loom that could be adjusted up to 36 inches. I have used the Rick's Bead Loom also which in my experience is much easier to use regardless of the thread ends. I have wasted so much Fireline and Nymo thread setting up this loom only to have the thread break or be too lose. I did successfully make one 4 row bracelet, but it was not at all easy. I used #6 beads and Nymo but still had a very hard time getting the tension right,, glad I let the project rest for overnight and still had to remove 4 rows of beads. A real pattern would be a nightmare as you really don't know just how many rows you will actually end up with. In my opinion a waste of $30,my Rick's is so much better and ... Worst first loom ever!
I got this loom as my first one because it looked well made and sturdy. I cant do much with it without purchasing a certain kind of clasp. There are very few videos on using this loom and none for making a stretchy bracelet. I wish I would have bought a cheap loom instead.

Endless loom
It helps get the size of bracelets right, I only wish it had smaller sizes from 7" to 5".. I had to have my husband make different rods so I could get the right size for my wrist. I am only a 61/2". I would recommend making it out of metal, however not a bad price.

Not recommended
I have many looms but this loom is the worst. I was losing my patience trying to work it. The designer should put grooves in the large round wood pieces. The grooves would improve the products purpose by improving the looming process.
