    great taste and excellent nutritional value

    Very strong salt and large crystals. You might want to pick up a grinder. That being said, it has great taste and excellent nutritional value. The prices seem very inflated but this was the best price I could find. Good fulfillment time and no problems.

    For a different taste in salt

    I think it adds better flavor to food than regular salt. I still use both, so I am able to compare. It also lasts for quite awhile.

    best tasting salt ever.. great in recipes..

    sprinkled on food or use in gargling . This salt has a non harsh flovar. Comes damp in sealed package. Not using any other brands at this time. Give it a try hope you see all the benifits I found.

    Coarse Sea Salt

    As I age I'm starting to cramp a lot. I never add salt to my food but having gone onto Google to ask why the cramps, the facts came up that I need more salt. Not your usual over the counter stuff but natural salt that contains other vital minerals. Celtic salt looks kind of dirty, I suppose that's the other minerals, but I tried it anyway and so far - no cramps.
