However, the package was unnecessarily held by Fedex for 2 months after its arrival at their local destination office. After several telephone inquiries and complaints to Fedex to release the package - it was finally released and delivered without any reasonable explanation or apology. Great frustration and disappointment was encountered with Fedex's terrible customer service.
