Auf die ersten Mails bekam ich keine Antwort.
Nun bekomme ich eine Nachricht, dass die Ware auf einmal "zollfrei" bei mir angekommen sein soll.
Bei mir ist sie bis heute weder angekommen noch wurde eine Rückerstattung veranlasst. Das ist ärgerlich!
