Excellent. It is better than the original control on the Marantz 8B having a metal collar to give it more strength so it will not cracked when tightened, and it looks like the original control, but better. It is on my amp now, and I am very satisfied. I would definitely buy from this seller again even though he is in Canada and I am in the USA. Shipping time was reasonable considering it cam by post from Canada to the USA. Price was reasonable too for this part for an 8B.
