The seller put the Christmas ornament in a flimsy box with very little packing. The ornament arrived broken in several places, and oddly, the broken pieces were NOT in the box. Apparently, the ornament was broken BEFORE it was packed! The item was described as "New, with tags. The seller offered a $2.00 refund as settlement. Glen Burleson

Wow, really?? The ornament was carefully packed in a sturdy box with lots of padding and marked fragile. I issued a partial refund to you as a goodwill gesture and you still left negative feedback? Unbelievable immoral. The item was described accurately and checked carefully. It is handmade and so (obviously to everyone except the buyer) is not going to be factory perfect. I can't believe that you accepted my kind offer and still left this terrible and untrue feedback.
