The Item was supposed to be a sealed product, but it was differently opened and parts were in a ziplock bag i then emailed the customer stating that this is not a seald package that has been pre-opened. They said it was because they wanted to inspect the product. If this is the really what happened , They could’ve stated this in the description so far no issues with the unit and hope I don’t have any.
