I use it as a cleanser and sometimes a moisturiser. It's made my flaky nails strong and helps your eyelashes look darker and longer, good for brows too. My friend used some to help clear an excema outbreak. Rub into painful joints the list goes on. Pleased this one has a pump dispenser. Beautifully packed.
