The seller packaged the item with care. It had a tracker which was good because it said it was delivered on my porch and it wasn’t. I put in an inquiry with the USPS an was informed the mail person could not locate the item. Then the very next day, the item showed up on my porch. When I did not receive the item, I contacted the seller and had great communication with them in which they advised me to contact the Post Office. I recommend this seller.

The vendor noticed a small hole that had not been included in the description and notified/refunded me immediately. I decided i wanted the boots anyways and we were able to work something out. Their responses were quick and considerate and helpful. Wonderful customer service.
