Motherboard worked, which was the highlight of the transaction. Listed as new, clearly not new. Did not include any hardware or cabling, not shipped in original packaging. Could not use M.2 hard drives because no hardware was included. Could not use onboard wifi because antenna was not included. Seller claims the motherboards are removed from new PCs, which is not eBay's definition of new. I asked for a modest refund to cover cables and hardware which was declined.
