I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.
