When I contacted the seller, they were unwilling to resolve the issue. I don't recommend this seller due to their poor customer service. It mention 2 Acer models (Triton 300 and Helios 300) none of them correspond with the one I receivedReply from: keyboard_keys- Feedback replied to by seller keyboard_keys.- Feedback replied to by seller keyboard_keys.Customer mistakenly ordered a key "~ `" for an American QWERTY Keyboard and expected it to fit the Brazilian keyboard, which we do not sell. Unfortunately the " ~ ` " on the American keyboard is near the " 1 ! ", and on the Brazilian keyboard is placed as a smaller key near the "Right Shift". I offered the customer to return the item despite not accepting returns. The customer refused to accept the explanation and did not respond, but left a negative anyway. We tried our best.
