Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund.
