The seller described the item as no issues to note,but on arrival, I found it to be severely damaged. The bottom half of the settee had rotten wood, the springs were broken, and the damage was hidden by a new cover. The seller refuses to take responsibility for the misleading description. Additionally, since the item was pickup only, I paid a third-party service to deliver it, which the seller will not reimburse. This experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid buying from this seller.

Case was resolved in my favor & there is a pending request for the removal of this negative feedback. The buyer still is being given the opportunity to return the item, at my expense, for a full refund. Seems they want to keep the item, get a full refund, and have their free local pickup expense paid for. I have been selling on eBay for 14 years and know how foolish it would be to misrepresent an item. All accusations of condition are false.
