    Worthwhile for a microscopic select demographic.

    While the author is discussing an era gone by that largely excludes the U.S.A. the book is fairly interesting from an historical perspective re: legalized gambling. There are some elements that are false, such as his so-called baccarat system. His discussion re: Card Counters in the 1930'3 is rather interesting.
