Nice guy, box looked like it had been delivered by Ace Ventura but the product box inside and item were in perfect condition, everything included as advertised. Seller is helpful. Have not watched anything from a different region yet so have no idea if that feature works but 4k films look fantastic. When you skip or pause a scene, sometimes the picture moves quicker than the sound but this can be fixed by going to the menu and selecting scene again. Happens infrequently and not that bothered.
