I initially had an issue with the front panel USB ports, but a quick email to the seller and his fast response cleared it up quickly. I love the 128 GB RAM. I do a lot of Photoshop and CAD work. My old computer used to freeze up when working with large CAD files. Hasn't happened with this one so far. It's a very good computer at an extremely affordable price.

It's a nice little HP Z4 Xeon W-2135 W/32 GB ram, 1 TB SSD Win 11 Pro, GTX 1080 TI and a DVD optical drive - all under $500 (with tax, no shipping costs). Perfect for my gaming needs as well as research and browsing. The interior of this PC is perfect: clean, with great cable management. The games I tested were older but ran smoothly with no stuttering or issues. Again, I think I'll be very happy.

That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint.
