The bezel is in good shape, but it was missing the air vent/AC louvers which is a major part, don't know why the seller would not include them. Nothing mentioned in the listing that they were missing. Buyer beware I guess.

I'm sorry for any confusion here. None of the pictures showed the bezel with the vents included. This bezel was missing them when I received it and was listed as such. I do have a set of vents that will fit this if you would like to place another order.
