Appalling customer service first time they changed the tracking number to the same number as an order I had delivered in Nov 23 to try and prove it had been delivered. When I pointed out the ‘error’ they apologised and said that the order would be resent on 30/3/24. I still haven’t received it yet they are telling me it was delivered, yet I have just taken a screen shot of the order which clearly shows it has not been delivered! They have issued a refund which I did not want or ask for.
