This arrived damaged and the seller tried to blame it on me. The fine balance of the two figures which is literally hanging by a piece of twine had not been given any protection and one of the figures had broken off and the mechanism inside was broken....and still they tried to blame the damage on me unpacking it...Beware the type of person you are dealing with. I would have given negative because of their attitude but they eventually agreed on a return/refund - but for £10 I just chucked it.

As stated when you, the buyer, informed me of your item being damaged, you were given the opportunity to return the item with a full refund & a return lable was sent to you,
you decided not to do this, with the given time, ebay then canceled the return order,
I always deal with my customers problems & issue refunds when nesercery .
