    good amplifier for sound quality and relatively loud

    Great amplifier - have it running 4 5x7 alpine type 6, and a 8" alpine R sub. Sounds good; has enough power to give the sound depth and a little punch. Alternatively when I upgrade im going to put the sub channel up to some mid bass speakers, and purchase an additional alpine amp for my subwoofer. Would be nice if this amp was ai-net and could adjust the settings from the head unit.

    ALPINE MRV-F450 5 channel

    This amp is very nice! Windows rolled down and can still hear the music like the windows were still up. Perfect for a 5 channel amp. Is not stable at 1ohm so don't try. Very flexible as well. Good crossover points. Easy to install. Easy to set up, and once tuned, let it be. I paired mine with an Eclipse 8455 and I have never been happier. The important part for you to consider is if your rear fill is worth two of these channels, but if you've got an SUV like me, I chose to include my rear fill. Sounds so full. I had the front comp's hooked up and a jl10w6 sub, and it is just right with ~200 rms. Not overkill, very flexible, def not going to be the weak link in your setup. Thanks Alpine!!! And the seller that I won it from.

    heavyweight with great sound

    If your looking for something lightweight and a small form factor look elsewhere. Works wonderful for my needs in a 40 ft bus. Great sound and 5 channels.

    Great amplifier drives the whole system!

    Alpine really got it right on this one. While driving the front and rear stage it also drives the the subwoofer with just enough power. It's a little large though could of been a little smaller.
