    Cinematographic and Convenient

The best part is playing a mash-up of new-to-me iconic Japanese characters against a few stalwart Capcom classics. The worst part is that the ending thrills engage too many black/white screen transitions instead of action sequences or graphics. The most enjoyable part was getting rewarded with high-level earnings on the easiest setting The least enjoyable part was discerning what movement commands applied to which special moves. Find your favorite controller and stick with it! That's my best advice.

  • The Versus Series is Back with a Bang!

Fans of Marvel vs. Capcom and Capcom vs. SNK will probably pick up Capcom's latest endeavor - Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. I want to quickly point out, to the Marvel vs. crowd especially, the difference with this game. First off, you can only have 2 playable characters, and there is NO third support character. Secondly, the control scheme is highly simplified. I'm not sore if this was done for the Wii audience, or if they just thought it would be a good idea. In any case, the game shines in stunning 3D, even on the Wii platform. I'm a little disappointed that Capcom chose to cross over with a relatively unknown anime publisher outside of Japan (knowing they would release the game to a global audience). The few recognizable characters I have seen on the Tatsunoko roster include the heroes and ...

  • I love this game to the max!

Tatsunoko VS. Capcom is an amazing fighting game for the Nintendo Wii. Although the Tatsunoko franchise isn't very well known in the states, the characters are all easy to use and spark interest towards their storylines. The controls are simple. L M H buttons. Which is all you really need. The only downside is it's a bit on the slow side. I just wish it were faster like in Capcom Vs. SNK 2. Aside from that, it has 2D fighting style we're all used to, high jumping, dashing across the screen, easy specials, fun combos, amazing character selection, and online play to test your might with others all over the world. It's a great substitute for Marvel VS. Capcom 3 for those who only own a Wii. Which is why I bought it in the first place. If you have a Wii, love fighting games like that of Street ...

  • One of the best!

Love all the games in the 'Vs Capcom' series and this is one of the coolest. It has some of the most unique characters and the controls are adapted to the Wii perfectly. Amazing presentation all around with fantastic graphics and sound.

  • Excellent fun game to play.

This is a very easy game to learn and play. You have plenty of characters to choose from and enjoy. Kids to adults can easily play this 1 or 2 player game. For younger kids (if parents allow it) I would recommend this game over what you see on TV and advertisements. Yes, the game is "Fighting" but it's nothing compaired to the blood, guts, ect of today's video games. You will not find one once of blood or body parts after defeating your character or you being defeated. I recall some of the characters from my childhood, watching them on TV when I was living in Japan, so trust me, the characters are not new.
