They had good communication up to the time I ordered, then when I contacted them about my dissatisfaction they have yet to respond. Also the uniform jacket is not based on an accurate pattern for this style of coat. Having the correct buttons is very important, it either makes or brakes the realism of the item. I contacted the seller and they said they would send additional buttons that they had in-stock. They sent an image of what they had. Still not the right ones. Last contact was 06 March. Today is 26 March.

The condition is very much new and very well made. Definitely. Taking time and treat the customers right. I especially appreciated it when they contacted me about questions. And the value of the price of the item is definitely appearance add weather for quality. The only bad thing is buttons break easily. Got the button caught once and broke button. made it very hard to replace buttons
