Fun Workout--Great Music
This is my favorite exercise DVD. Although I have used it many times, I'm never bored with it. If you enjoy moving to Latin rhythms, give this one a chance. Professional dancers and live musicians in the Conga Room perform Cha-Cha, Salsa, Meringue, and Samba. They get you moving and keep you moving, right to the cool-down and finish. At the end, a couple also demonstrates how to do the dances with a partner. The DVD is divided into sections of about 20 minutes, each, so you can choose which portions you want to work on. Smith's instructions/cues are easy to follow, so you spend your time dancing, instead of thinking, "Wait, what did she just do?" and hitting the "Reverse" button. I like the live band. Music in a workout is important to me. It's not her best, but she has lots of variety in all of her many workout videos. A fairly easy workout.

Quick Little Workout
Nice little work out. The first 20 minute workout is for beginner moves and learning the steps. From there the workout seque's into the experienced workout for another 20 minutes. So you can choose which one you'd like to use or do both seamlessly. You can burn some serious energy here if you pull out the stops! Thank goodness for the stretches!

A good DVD
This was a good purchase. It's a reasonable workout - not too intense and not too easy. When it comes to dance steps, I'm a slow learner. But I was able to learn these steps easily. This isn't going to give you a chisled physique, but you will burn calories and tone up.
