Love it
My father-in-law suffered a stroke in January and I spend a lot of time at doctor offices, rehab, etc. This is a lifesaver for me. I record television shows on my DVD recorder and play back on the Samsung. I can fit a couple of hours of video onto a disk using compression software. The picture is very sharp and the sound is excellent. I use rewritable DV+RW discs which work in my DVD recorder, PC, and the Samsung. A full battery charge runs the unit for at least a couple of hours. It does not hold its place when powered off, so you need to note your place in a video in order to return later. I recommend this to anyone who needs to fill time and not have to carry a shoulder bag. It seems to be well made and handles DVD, JPEG's, and MP-3's. It is virtually skip free and has the ... Samsung DVD L25 2.5 in Portable DVD Player
I love this little guy. It is perfect for travel and the kids get a kick out of it. The rechargeable battery life only last long enough for one movie, but you just replace the battery and keep watching. I purchased this small DVD player to travel on the plane with, it does not take up much room and you can just hold it in your hand.

pretty cool little item
This small item is great for on-the-road or in-the-air or any lowkey vid viewing of mini-DVDs. Unfortunately, there aren't very many mini-DVDs coming out anymore, so it's hard to find readable items. It works great, though! Clear image, good sound. The battery charger is not so good -- VERY slow. Use a different one, there are good, fast, cheap ones all over.

Excellent gift for my nephew.
I was looking for something my 5 year old nephew for xmas. Its unfortunate that they dont make any mini dvd movies anymore. He will have to watch the one that came with it over and over and over.
