I am very disappointed in how I received my package. The post office said I had to pay $13.45 in order to receive my package. I contacted the seller- she said she will refund me the amount. The $13.45 is not a big amount but the principle behind is to me! She forgot to put the postage and dropped the package in the mail. I send her a photo and she agreed to the refund. Till this day I have not received the refund. I contacted her to resolve the issue so I can give her a positive review.
