As soon as I messaged the seller about it, they answered me back within a few hours. They apologized and told me I could keep the phone AND THEY WOULD CREDIT MY ACCOUNT ! Every time I messaged them, they answered within a day or less which was about 5 times. They offered to do anything to help me I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I changed this comment on my own. I felt bad for the other.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.I had posted negative feedback for buyer on this transaction and I did it in error and I feel terrible doing so. As soon as I contacted seller about mix-up, they contacted me within one hour to remedy the error. They even offered me to keep the phone I was sent and also give me a credit. Which is great. I received item within time. They have responded to my messages within hours. This is why I feel terrible that I put up a bad review. I WOULD definitely do business with them again ! Sorry guys.
