Boxed wheel was left on front stoop, no signature asked for. Small gouge on outer rim, lead weight on inner rim may be gouged. Box had taped up rip on side that could have impacted wheel. Emailed vendor, sent pictures, asked what he could do, suggested pool noodle to wrap around rim. His answer was he was disappointed that I wasn't happy. Rim may have left being excellent but it wasn't excellent upon receipt. Plus no mention od a crimped on lead weight was mentioned.
