"Dispatched" means the carrier taking possession and not completing the paperwork preparatory thereto. Parcelforce is a third rate and user-unfriendly company, so not surprising that delivery caused uncertainty and inconvenience. Canteen described as "good used condition". I would describe most of the pieces as excellent with very slight signs of wear. The other pieces have obviously never been used. Therefore exceptional value for money. Packaging was exemplary.
