Pure nostalgic awesomeness
Growing up I used to come home from school just to catch the next episode and follow yugi and his friends duel his way to duelist kingdom and beat Pegasus. Lots of plot twists and definitely awesome to watch. Being an adult now I still love Yu-Gi-Oh and was a big part of my childhood. Glad I own the Collector's edition cuz I'm hardcore duelist fan!!! ITSSS TIME TO DDDUUUUEEEELLL!!

Yu-Gi-Oh Season 1
It is a very good show full of suspense and many twists and turns. If you are an anime fan I highly recommend at least checking it out. Also, if you are a fan of the TCG as well. The show is about a young boy named Yugi Muto and his journey to learn the origins of his Millennium Puzzle, and become the champion of Duel Monsters. Also, to learn about the mysterious presence that resides in the his Millennium Puzzle as well. Well, I hope this helped you in at least someway and remember, "It's Time To Duel"!It is a very good show full of suspense and many twists and turns. Re- YuGiOh! - Season 1
The first thing to say is why I bought Season 1. There are two reasons. Reason #1: I remembered seeing it separately, and I wanted to watch it again. Reason #2: I had already gotten Seasons 2, 3 and the last half of Season 5. (That's the Battle City Tournament, Enter the Shadow Realm, and Dawn of the Duel, for those who don't know.) Considering that the previously mentioned seasons follow the manga storylines, I was quite eager to get Season 1. Now, what I like about Season 1. First, I guess it seems, at least from a vocal perspective, that Yami Yugi gets older as the season progresses. That's very realistic, and helps sell the character. Second, on a general note, I really like Joey's humor. As far as what I love about Season 1, the storylines, the characters, the music, the idea. I ... Awesome! LOVE IT
This is an awesome DVD set, but now that it is out of print it is hard to find the whole season for under $100, I didn't even buy it off Ebay. I went to half.com and got it for $100 right on the head, box was in great shape and the discs had barely a scratch on them. Love Yu-gi-oh, brings memories from my childhood, Great set
