If I wanted bullion or junk silver I would have bought $1000 worth from a bullion dealer to get tax-free status. I reached out to seller and asked him to adjust price so I wouldn’t lose shipping cost two ways on a return and this would make me whole. He got nasty and told me I was blackmailing him and he would just appeal negative feedback. I can’t control EBay, but I can share my experience. Don’t buy
