Item as described. Price fair. I asked seller to drop very high shipping cost and they agreed. As it turned out, the shipper this seller utilized, USPS, was far from ideal. The shipping time was far longer than any other transaction I have delt with from ebay; and while this is not the seller's fault they did select the shipper and originally wanted to charge an excessive shipping cost for the item so I do blame them in part.

My worst eBay experience! Check seller's other negative feedback Sent defective item with missing parts, not as described, late shipper. Seller shipped 5 days after payment typically via ground ship. The item did not arrive as described in listing. There was no HDMI port, neither there was any dongle, touchpad issues make it difficult to work with. Seller promised to resolve and give me credit for my issues but never issued any credit neither responds to my emails. I will ask eBay for help!

The laptop he bought does not have an HDMI port. In the pictures and description it shows USB-C. The buyer is a liar who was requesting $400 from a $650 laptop when I told him to return the laptop he started to make things up after using it for more than 2 months. Stay away from buyers like this

    First off, I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It came in the Apple Certified Refurbished box and that alone told me that this is the genuine product. The product looks and feels brand new. You can never tell that this is a refurbished product. Second, the delivery time is top-notch. I only ordered 2 days ago and have already got the product on my hand. Third, the price is just unmatched. I found the exact same product on Apple official refurbished website and it is at least $200 more expensive. I don't write reviews on products I bought that often but this item made want to spread my words.     Entry model MacBook Pro 14”…blazing fast

    You can’t go wrong with the new MBPs. They are wicked fast. I went with the entry level model. I was seriously thinking about a 13” 2020 model until Apple rolled out the new hardware. Beautiful screen with promotion. More ports! Great keyboard. I love it!
