Thankfully, seller was very helpful - got full refund. Seller didn't inspect to see that tail was reglued. He sold an identical one later. It went for $100. cheaper. I didn't dare buy it so either way, I don't feel great. I really wanted this piece to be as flawless as seller stated. The second one that was sold, if perfect, went way too cheap. How many fine porcelain figurine buyers want flaws - NONE.
