Let me say I did receive a prompt refund.
I asked up front if there were any scratches on the media to which he responded it was like new. So one would assume he looked at it before shipping? This SACD arrived in the proper Dave Brubeck jewel box but the SACD was not Brubeck but some singer Lhasa De Sela on CD. Hugely disappointed and wondering if I was scammed. How do you not look before shipping? Anyway, I would never use this seller again. Terrible!
