I won this auction. No reserve it said and I got a good price. Apparently too good! I new as soon as I picked up a flat envelope and knew there was nothing in it. I checked to see if it was sealed, it was. I was wrong about nothing, there was an empty sleeve. Not the one pictured, but one with the impression of a coin in it. I contacted the seller immediately. It’s been 10 days with no response. Unfortunately since it was sent in an eBay tracking label, only recourse is a neg. Rev. (1st).
