1974 Grateful Dead was a very good year
Terrific Grateful Dead show from a great GD Era. Love the 2nd CD where they really transport the listener. Wish there was a 3rd disc of stuff. But I really love what they gave us here.

One of the best Dick's Picks
The Grateful Dead have always been one of the few groups that looked more into getting "all the right notes be put out there" and with this one they did. In the 70's the Dead toured what is called "Wall Of Sound" a massive speaker set up that produced the cleanest and clearest sound that was available and it was debut on this Dick's Picks. Recorded at the Cow's Palace near San Francisco, the band delivered a incredible set and the sound and playing. dick's pick's- vol. 24
all dead heads know that the best material is either live recordings or stuff that you ask for, but takes forever to find and costs a fortune at a record store. vol. 24 is one of the great ones of the "dick's picks series- i'm glad to have it, and i won't give them the satisfaction (by trading it in) of reselling it. good price and in good cond.

okay dead from a good year but not a must
not the best dead from 74 plus not a complete show wharf rat is the highlight. Grateful Dead movie sound track is much better. If you want everything go for it but not a must.
