While the seller ultimately ameloriated the transaction by issuing a refund, they sent a set of 8 dinner plates in a box with minimal to no padding, so 6 arrived completely smashed/damaged. They took several days to respond to each back-and-forth message. I also had to ship back the box of broken items, which made zero sense to me but also required me to properly pack the two undamaged items. Very unhappy with the shipping and handling effort to me and from me.
