Vintage lamp very poorly packed with only folded shopping bag and three pieces of loose bubble wrap for protection. Item was exposed and loose in box. Sadly, it arrived shattered and completely destroyed. Completely unfixable. Seller communication was hostile and defensive with no solution or resolution offered. After I pursued compensation using other means, seller demanded return of broken item, which I did at my own expense. Worst ebay transaction to date and I'm both a buyer and seller.

The feedback this buyer left is UNTRUE and a complete lie. I have no control over the Post Office and how they handle packages. The box was stamped fragile by the PO and I also wrote fragile on the package. Also I did not demand that the item be returned to me. I am both a buyer and seller as well and this buyer is a fraud.
