The only problem I had was the cost of her shipping which was originally $11.15 to ship ground for a 6-7 ounce item. Seller gave refund of $1.62. I recommended to seller that she use a cheaper shipping method to no avail. Total for actual shipping cost seller received was $9.53 to ship something that could have gone for only $4.13.
