Item was as described and packaging was excellent. The only problem I had was the cost of her shipping which was originally $11.15 to ship ground for a 6-7 ounce item. Seller gave refund of $1.62. I recommended to seller that she use a cheaper shipping method to no avail. Total for actual shipping cost seller received was $9.53 to ship something that could have gone for only $4.13. It's one way to make an additional profit. It is unlikely that I purchase from this seller again.

    Good book if you are looking to start a business

    It was they typical come from nothing and rise to riches story. It was a good book from a business standpoint and I enjoyed all the motivational quotes at the end.
