I purchased a reciever from the same source a week earlier. Perfect. This one came without a Bell card and while setting it up with Bell. They asked me to reset the receiver. The power button was inset?... took the top off and the board was part way out.. I clicked it into place all is good now.. the box showed no signs of dropping?

Not all Bell receivers have a physical smart card as a lot of units have a internal smart card I would NEVER sell a receiver that I have activated on my account to test before I sell them!
