Such a disappointment. Seller never shipped item and failed to respond to my messages asking for a status update. I had to open a case with eBay so I would receive a refund. Like I know things happen in life or you change your mind about selling something but please have the curtesy to at least respond to a buyer instead of just ghosting them. I actually would have been totally understanding of any situation except being ignored.
